The Carbonvia service (provisional name) is provided by Pipex Energy S.r.l.; inside the application the service is called CBAM Calculator. The texts below are the same as those published in the application.

Cookies are small text files that the website or application saves in the browser. The Privacy Code requires consent only for cookies that are not strictly necessary for the service requested by the user. CBAM Calculator uses technical cookies only and does not use profiling, marketing or third-party analytics cookies. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Data saved in the browser via localStorage (not cookies, never transmitted to anyone): the key pipex_lang stores the interface language; the keys cbam_dark and cbam_dark_<user id> store the light/dark theme preference. They remain until the site data is cleared from the browser.
The informational website sets no cookies of its own.
No resource is loaded from third-party servers: fonts are hosted on our own systems.
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking the cbam_token cookie makes it impossible to sign in to the application.
